This has been perfect for a day out skiing - I used on my lips, along with a little along my cheeks, nose and chin too for added protection on top of the SheerShield SPF50.

Disappointed, when opening it the product was stuck to the cap , I have tried to smooth it but still sticks . Not sure why , I like the product cream , but i have to apply it with my finger

Divine! So hydrating and protective, slight white cast when you apply from the zinc but integrates perfectly after a few mins. Sometimes I also add a gloss over the top!
Really loving this product for my days playing tennis. Having a history of skin cancers it protects my lips, is hydrating and feels nourishing with the skincare benefits. Have even got my girlfriends onto it, sharing is caring 🙌🏻

Love an SPF lip protection for my daily walks. Integrates beautifully into the lips after about 5 minutes and then I layer it with the Lip Nourish. Pure perfection!
I’ve always looked for ways to protect my lips when spending time outdoors, but I never wanted to apply regular sunscreen to them. A lip sunscreen in a balm format is such a genius idea! It feels comfortable on the lips, and I love knowing my lips are protected, especially when I’m outdoors in Australia with our harsh sun. This will definitely be coming everywhere with me!

My lips are sun damaged, and the product emphasised the problem and made it worse.

I love the texture of this product! I look forward to having my lips protected as well as my face :) I had an issue with the product stuck to the clear protector on the top when I opened but I did buy it in the heat of summer so assume it was the issue.

If you pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes it will assist and you can disregard the lip protector now. Another brilliant, evidence-backed formulation from Dr NC! Feels great on my lips and like all Dr Natasha’s products, I have great confidence in it’s effectiveness and the sun-protective quality it provides. I, and many of my family members trust and love all of her products! They feel great, they make a huge difference to the appearance of our skin and we know they are backed by science.
Second batch was better than the first batch.
A replacement was sent which was perfect! I use it every day, under lipstick or on its own. Highly recommend.

Mine crumbles every time I take the shield cap off. I have to wind it up to lip the shield cap off, and as I lift it gently, big chunks come off attached to the shied cap. I’ve lose so much product every time I want to apply the lip balm. I can’t seem to enjoy the product due to losing so much of it each time
Store owner replied: Hi Suzi, you can dispose of the clear cap after opening the product for the first time. However this should not have happened and is not the experience we want to provide with LipShield. We are arranging a replacement for you. A note for when the new product arrives. We suggest leaving it a few hours to come to room temperature (to allow for warmer temperatures in the courier van), then slightly wind up the product and gently remove the inner cap and dispose of x

While I really like the product, it arrived in the heat so it was out of shape. It’s not solid enough to wind up and I need to use my fingers to apply.
Store owner replied: Oh no, that has happened in transport although is not what the product is meant to be. If it's soft, try putting it in the fridge for 30 minutes (at a time if needed). We will arrange a replacement for you x
