I’ve just started your products again and we skin is feeling dehydrated and nit nourished. I’ve doubled up the day and night moisturiser but it’s not working.

Hi Lily, thank you for sharing your feedback. Can we ask how long you have been using the products again? If your skin barrier has been compromised, it can take 6-8 weeks for the skin to restore and rebalance. If you're currently in a cooler winter environment, the lower humidity can also contribute to increased dryness and may mean your skin takes a little longer to feel fully hydrated. To confirm, are you using the Concentrated Moisturiser+ and Concentrated Hydration+ both morning and night?

Hi Annie, do you know which product specifically has made your skin dry? They should not however keep using both the Clarifer and Illuminator a couple of times a week until your skin becomes more used to the active concentrations. Then the Micropeel once a fortnight. Also, make sure you use a nice amount of moisturiser both morning and night if your skin has been extra dry. I have been using Dr Cook's products for at least 15 years and would not use any other product. I trust Dr Cook's evidence based approach to skincare. Dr S Pulman
The products are amazing but recently some of the packing has shortcomings. For example, the cleanser you can only pump once and then the subsequent pumps are limited, and you have to wait for the pump-cap to reset. The lid of one of the serums is also loose and when I picked it up by the lid it dropped and put a dent on my cabinet. . That’s the first time I’ve ever had an issue with any of the serums.
But overall the product is fabulous.
