Majority of our products are available as samples and returns for skincare products are non-refundable. Certain returns may be assessed on a case-by case basis and only if the product is unused.
We always strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, but if you are unsure about a product prior to purchasing, we recommend trying the drNC Sample Pack to experience the formulations before committing to a full-size product. The Sample Pack is redeemable off your next purchase*.

Our convenient subscription service allows you to schedule recurring deliveries for your drNC favourites, so you never have to worry about running out. Select your products to be packed and delivered every two, three, or four months.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Being designed by a dermatologist, drNC has been created with the safety of all users in mind, including pregnant women.
There are a small number of people who share concerns around the use of Salicylic Acid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We currently have two products which contain this ingredient: Concentrated Clarifier and Concentrated Micropeel. Rest assured, at this current time, there is no medical evidence to suggest that the quantities of Salicylic Acid used in our products pose any safety concerns. However, it is always best to share your concerns with a medical professional who is familiar with your personal health and pregnancy journey.
