Promoter

This promotion is conducted by DNC LABS PTY. LTD. ("drNC Skin") in collaboration with Amy Jean Brows ("Amy Jean Brows") (collectively, the "Promoters").

Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 10 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 6 September 2026 ("Competition Period").

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoters, their immediate family members, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will not be accepted.
  • By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

  • Complete the competition entry form.
  • Subscribe to receive marketing communications from both drNC Skin and Amy Jean Brows.

Only entries that include a valid email address and successful subscription to both brands' marketing databases will be eligible.

Marketing Communications & Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications, promotions, product updates and other communications from both drNC Skin and Amy Jean Brows.

Entrants may unsubscribe from either brand's marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Unsubscribing will not affect an entrant's eligibility for this promotion, provided a valid entry was submitted during the Competition Period.

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing communications in accordance with each Promoter's respective Privacy Policy.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at AUD $1,347, consisting of:

  • 1 × drNC Total Transformation Kit (RRP $672)
  • 1 × Amy Jean Brows Korean Lash Lift Treatment (RRP $175)
  • 1 × Amy Jean Brows Brow Kit valued at $500, featuring a selection of products from the Amy Jean Privé Collection

Total prize value: AUD $1,347.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize (or part of the prize) with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
  • Any costs associated with redeeming or using the prize that are not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The Amy Jean Brows Korean Lash Lift Treatment is subject to appointment availability and Amy Jean Brows' booking terms and conditions.
  • Any travel or incidental expenses associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection

This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The prize draw will take place within five (5) business days of the competition closing.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the Promoters publishing their first name and initial of surname for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoters are not responsible for any technical malfunction, lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries, or any event beyond their reasonable control that may affect the administration of the promotion.

General

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If this promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoters' reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoters' decision in relation to all aspects of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
